·1 cup quinoa (rinsed with cold water)
·2 cups water
·¼ teaspoon Herbamare, or seasonings of choice
·1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
·1 onion, diced
·1 bunch chard, cleaned and chopped
·2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
·2 tablespoons lemon juice
·Sea salt & pepper, to taste
