·3 heads of broccoli, chopped into florets and stems chopped into 1” pieces and kept separate from florets
·4 cloves garlic, peeled
·1 lemon, juiced
·1 avocados
·1 cup blanched almonds, soaked for at least an hour and drained
·3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
·1 teaspoon salt
·Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For topping:
·Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
·1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
·1 avocado, sliced
